5. hrProperty node
1. hrProperty node

The hrProperty node determines the physical property. It has attribute that determines Mass Density, Stretch, Bending, Stiffness, Damping and Gravity etc.
Mass Density: means the mass density and determines the influence of the various forces (such as gravity and rotational motion). The Mass Density affects the overall simulation results so it is good to be set up first among the hrProperty attribute.
Stretch stiffness, Damping: mean the resistance and damping to the increasing force. If you set a low Stretch stiffness, the hair will be stretched long by the gravity. In general, it is common to set the Stretch stiffness high.
Bending stiffness, Damping: mean the resistance and damping to the bending. It is the property of the hair bending so as the resistance gets stronger, will give the rigid movement, the weaker resistance will give the limply movement.
Air Drag: Is the influence on the air field. If the air-related field is connected to the hair then Air Drag will determine the influence on the field, if the air-related field is not connected to the hair then Air Drag will determine the influence of the air resistance. This is useful when you are working on the slow motion simulation etc.
Gravity: is the gravity field. Gravity can be set in each X, Y and Z direction. The default it is set in the Y direction, it is also possible to only set up the gravity and produce moving appearance without an animation.
In addition, you can apply different physical properties to each curve by using Override Dynamics of ‘hrFollicle’.
